  We know one of the main annoyances of buying things online is the delivery charge; you find something you like for a decent price but only when you have entered all your details are you shown the huge delivery charge.

At 'a star solutions' we believe this is wrong which is why the delivery charge for most items is shown on the product page itself; if it isn't or you are buying more than one item just add them to your shopping basket and you can see straight away how much we will charge (UK only).

We deliver to the UK and to Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Italy, Netherlands and Spain; simply select your country during checkout.


Delivery Charge Calculation
The delivery charge is calculated automatically and is based upon the total weight and value of your order.

Domestic Delivery
We use Royal Mail for most of our domestic orders so you will usually receive your order with your regular post.
All mail is sent by First Class Recorded post except for the exceptions listed below.
- Small orders costing £7 or less
- Small orders under 1Kg and over £50 in value will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- Large orders over 5Kg will be sent via a parcel delivery service, usually Parcel Force

Remember, if your mail is being sent via Recorded, Special or Parcel delivery you will need to sign for it.

International Delivery
All international orders are sent via Air Mail
Orders over £20 and below 1.5Kg will be sent via air mail but they will need to be signed for.
Unfortunately we can only guarantee delivery on international orders to Ireland.


These different delivery levels may seem complicated but based upon our past experience it is the best system. Your delivery charge is automatically calculated to provide you with the cheapest option so there is nothing for you to worry about.

Delivery Times
We aim to keep everything in stock so you will usually receive your order within 2 working days, if an item is out of stock then it will add an additional working day or two to the delivery time.

Because orders are sent via Royal Mail, items can be delayed; if everything goes correctly, which it usually does, you will receive domestic orders 1 to 2 days after we dispatch them and international orders 4 to 5 days after they are dispatched.
If you have been waiting longer than a week for your domestic order there is the possibility that it has been lost, in which case we ask you to Contact Us with your order number. If it is an international order, please allow 2 weeks before contacting us.

You must notify us of any non delivery no later than 7 days from the date of dispatch.
