14 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all* our products; this means that if you ordered the wrong product you can return it to us in its original condition for a full refund.
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It must be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

If you want to return an item simply open a return by logging into your account and selecting 'return an item', choose the reason 'item not wanted'.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item please notify us immediately; you can do this by opening a return and selecting 'Faulty Item'.
If you are unsure if it is faulty you should contact us for advice first

Incorrect Orders or Non Deliveries

If you receive incorrect goods you need to notify us within 5 working days we will then make the necessary arrangements.
If your order isn't with you 7 days (UK orders Only) after the delivery confirmation e-mail is sent out please notify us immediately
