These are 'a star solutions' terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and all transactions; by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions may change at any time and will take effect as soon as they are published, you are advised to review these conditions every time you place an order.
Definitions
"product" - means a product displayed for sale on the website

Registration / Order Placement
You confirm the information you provide when you register or place an order is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. - Withdraw any product and/or cancel any order without notice.
Orders
We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if
- we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- we identify a product or pricing error
- you are not eligible to order, based upon the criteria laid out in these terms and conditions.
The Contract
Except for cheque orders your contract with us becomes legally binding when your order is authorised and dispatched; this happens when you have entered your payment details and they have been accepted and your order is subsequently dispatched. You will know your order has been accepted by our payment service provider because you will be taken to an order summary on our website and two e-mails will be sent to you, one from us confirming the order and the second from the chosen payment service provider confirming the payment.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order with us if you so wish provided that you do so no longer than fourteen days after the day on which you receive your order.
WEEE Returns
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled

Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its description which sets out additional specific conditions related to that product including, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect those of the actual products.

Discount's
- 'a star solutions' discount's can be redeemed for our products and/or services online at our website
- discount's cannot be exchanged for cash
- if the goods ordered total less than the value of the voucher the remaining credit will be forfeited upon placement of the order
- to use your discount you are required to enter the code you have been provided with.
- if you have to return goods paid for by a discount code then you will receive a new code for the exact value of the refund or the value of the original discount code which ever is lower, the remaining part if any will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
General
Intellectual property and right to use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors.
Compliance with Laws
